The Vladivostok administration has found a contractor who, according to the terms of the contract, must complete the second stage of improvement of the coast of the Solyonaya Canal, where tangerines nest, in the next two weeks. This is the same company that this year built a park on Cheremukhovaya, 8 and completed the construction of a public space on Ilyicheva. The contract was concluded with the only contractor who took part in the tender. It became Priming Engineering Corporation LLC. The founder of the company, Gegham Agamelyan, also owns Prim Dorstroy LLC – this company was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers in 2020 for failing to repair the retaining wall on Tungusskaya. This year, in Vladivostok, the final construction of a park on Ilyicheva Street was completed and the first stage of the park was equipped at Cheremukhuvaya, 8. And in addition to the construction of a terrace next to the canal, they also accepted a contract. for another TOS project – to improve the territory in the area of houses No. 32, 34 and 38 on Neibut (implementation project “Contemplating the Golden Horn”). The contractor has a few weeks left on both projects – contracts until December 20. Moreover, there is quite a lot of concrete work and landscaping to be done on the Solyony Canal, which, apparently, will be postponed until the next season. Earlier, Elena Kholyavko, president of TOS Sputnik Vladivostok, said that the public association planned, as last year, to begin work in September and complete it by November. However, due to the late completion of financing and then procurement procedures, instead of transferring money directly to the TPS, everything was postponed to the end of the year.
