Over the past week, employees of the Licensing and Permitting Department of the Russian Guard in the Komi Republic identified 16 offenses in the field of arms trafficking, seized 11 units of hunting weapons and reviewed 349 applications for government services in the areas of arms trade and private security activities. The owner of the weapon was brought to administrative responsibility for failure to notify the licensing department of a change of residence within two weeks. The Licensing and Permit Center reminds that when changing place of residence, the owner of a weapon must contact the Licensing and Permitting Department within two weeks from the date of registration at the new address to register the weapon he owns.
