In October, 26 garbage trucks and bins were sent to the fleets of municipal enterprises of the Lugansk People’s Republic. The equipment was purchased under the national project “Ecology”; the corresponding subsidy from the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources was previously provided by the Russian Ecological Operator.
In total, 1,907 containers and bins for collecting MSW, 43 garbage trucks and bunker trucks were purchased and delivered for the region (a total of 57 units of equipment were purchased).
“This is the second year we have been helping our new regions. As of today, the delivery of containers has been 100% completed in the DPR, LPR and Zaporozhye region. The supply of garbage trucks, bunker trucks, bulldozers and other special equipment to all four regions is planned to be completed in November,” said Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov.
The supply of equipment and machinery will continue.
