The first departure took place in the Ordzhonikidze district. The head of Perm, Eduard Sosnin, began a series of working trips around the city districts. A special feature of this format of work is building close contacts with district residents, solving their current problems and promptly responding to requests. The first territory that Eduard Sosnin visited during his working trip this year was the Ordzhonikidze district. The mayor got acquainted with the activities of the Rodina leisure center, which is located in two buildings – on Williams Street, 1 and in the Palace. culture named after Chekhov on Repin Street, 20. “In the Palace of Culture named after. Chekhov, we have already completed part of the repair work: the lighting and sound in the stage equipment have been replaced, the choreographic hall and the premises of the third floor have been renovated. Now the entertainment center is merged with the Rodina entertainment center. There are clubs and sections for children. For example, young dancers train in the renovated choreography hall. Concerts and other events are held for residents. This year we will continue the reconstruction of the territory of the Palace of Culture, and we are also developing design estimates for the reconstruction of the facades,” noted Eduard Sosnin. With the completion of all work, the Palace of Culture will be able to expand leisure opportunities for residents. It is also worth noting that volunteers work at the recreation center to help SVO participants. They weave camouflage nets and send them to the front. During the mayor’s meeting with volunteers, they asked to make their premises brighter. A quick solution to this issue was entrusted to Eduard Sosnin, then the mayor visited the Gaiva public house, which was renovated in 2023. The center’s premises are provided free of charge by TOS “Gaiva-2” and TOS “Gaiva-3”. , Voluntary people’s squad, Ordzhonikidze district organization “All-Russian Society of Disabled People”. They organize the work of clubs, circles, conduct training seminars, concerts and thematic meetings. Also, the center recently opened a stationary recruitment for contract service – here you can get advice and ask all your questions. At a meeting with residents of the Ordzhonikidze district, they discussed street lighting, demolition of abandoned dilapidated houses, arrangement of public spaces, transport links, repair of courtyard areas and other topical issues for residents of the district. For example, those present at the meeting were concerned about the issue of lighting in the Khimiki microdistrict. In the village of 160 houses, where families with children live, there is no street lighting. This year it is planned to design outdoor lighting networks in the microdistrict, installation is expected in 2025-2026. Eduard Sosnin said that he would set the administration’s specialists the task of working on this issue and trying to reduce the planned time frame, and they also raised the issue of demolishing dilapidated houses in the Zaozerye microdistrict. Here, in the area of school No. 101, there are 7 emergency houses, 3 of them have already been completely resettled, the rest are planned to be resettled this year. Residents of the neighborhood are concerned that fires may occur in the vacated houses, so the city’s Department of Housing and Communal Services has been tasked with studying the possibility of demolishing all three houses this year. The possibility of organizing a park in the microdistrict opposite the house on Tryasolobova Street, 73 is also being considered.
