The official document states that the reason for the corresponding decision was the conclusion on the possibility of holding the action, presented by the State Agency for National Security. It is known that the procession of the “Immortal Regiment” was allowed to take place in Varna, Bulgaria. Earlier in Berlin, police banned the placement of Russian symbols, including those related to the conflict in Ukraine, on Soviet monuments in Treptow, Tiergarten and Schönholzer-Heide, as well as the wearing of military uniforms and its elements.
