A noisy person included in the list may be banned from flying for a period of 1 to 3 years. The proposal to create a single register of persons whose right to fly on airplanes will be restricted was discussed at the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation with the participation of Rosaviatsia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. “Air carriers are noting an increase in violations of the rules of conduct on board an airplane that threaten flight safety. The solution could be to create a single register of persons whose air travel may be restricted for a period of 1 to 3 years in the event of repeated violations of the rules,” Rosaviatsia reports. It is also proposed to expand the list of trains that are grounds for including a passenger in such a register. The initiative will be worked out in detail, as well as amendments to the Air Code.
