As of July 1, citizens of countries with visa-free access to Israel, including Ukraine, must apply for an ETA (electronic travel authorization) for a stay of up to 90 days. According to the embassy, the introduction of such measures is depriving Ukrainians of the right to visa-free entry into Israel.
