Several explosions occurred over Belgorod – presumably the air defense system was activated. Local residents told SHOT that the blast wave was felt about 15 minutes ago, and before that a missile warning sounded. On Yunosti Boulevard, a residential high-rise building and gymnasium No. 22 were damaged, and windows were broken in some apartments. The Belgorod Informant Telegram channel reports that emergency services are already working at the scene of the incident. City officials asked residents to stay home and away from windows if possible. At this time, no casualties have been reported.
