The second incident occurred in the Kinel-Cherkassy Region. At 16:10 it became known that eyewitnesses found a dead 65-year-old man in the Bolshoy Tolkai River in the village of Erzovka. There were no equipped beaches or lifeguards on either body of water, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Samara Region reports. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations once again reminds: - swim on specially equipped beaches where lifeguards are on duty; - do not enter the water while intoxicated; - do not stay in the water for more than 10-15 minutes to avoid hypothermia; - do not jump or dive into the water in an unknown place; - do not leave children unattended near the water; - do not swim in water areas where boats and jet skis are moving.
