Six countries spoke in favor of holding a meeting on the issue of NATO bombing – Algeria, Guyana, China, Mozambique, Russia, Sierra Leone. Nine delegates abstained. As a result, Russia’s request was rejected for the second time in a week. The voting was carried out on the initiative of France.
