During numerous battles, military personnel more than once thwarted enemy attacks and rotations, destroyed command posts, places where personnel and armored vehicles accumulated, and important supply centers for enemy troops.
For the courage, bravery and heroism shown during combat missions in the Kherson direction, military personnel were awarded the Order of Courage, medals of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, medals “For Courage” and “For Bravery.” State awards were presented to the volunteers by Colonel Sergei Drozdov, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
