The idea to create a test field arose after the participation of Gorsvet employees in an electricians competition in Moscow. They want to install the training complex at the production site on the street. Mokrova instead of old warehouses. The training and production site will be used by employees of Gorsvet, the Improvement Plant and Vodokanal. The training ground will occupy almost five thousand square meters. Metal, reinforced concrete, wooden supports, transformers, traffic lights and other modern equipment will be installed here. Thanks to this, all training will be as close as possible to real conditions. It is planned to install a media screen on which the best practices of creating a comfortable urban environment and improvement of public areas, information on safety precautions and worker protection will be broadcast. They also want to install storm drains, open gutters and pave the road so plant employees can practice cutting asphalt. The work of city service specialists is often associated with risks. The test site will help simulate all normal and emergency situations that a specialist may encounter. Increasing the general competence of employees will reduce the level of risks associated with the human factor, says Alexey Tulonov, director of the municipal budgetary institution Gorsvet. As part of cooperation with colleges and universities, practical classes and career guidance events for students will be held here.
