The boundaries of the priority development area will include land plots in the Gazimuro-Zavodsky and Zabaikalsky districts, the Tungokochensky municipal district and Chita. This measure will facilitate the launch of investment projects for the construction of a residential area, the development of copper-gold and gold ore deposits, the creation of processing facilities and the construction of a container terminal at the Zabaikalsk-Manchuria border crossing.
The implementation of these projects will create approximately 3.6 thousand jobs and attract over 139 billion rubles in private investment.
