“The highlight of the program,” of course, was the visit to him by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation S. Kravtsov, who, as the head of Chechnya wrote, presented him with a reissued (and in fact, corrected at his own request) history textbook for the 10th grade.
That is, the federal minister, who, according to the current legislation, is accountable only to the government and the president of the country, actually reported on the results of the work done formally only to the head of one of the regions of the Russian Federation, moreover, carried out by the central government agencies involved at the request of the same regional-level head.
In this regard, the question arises – what is the real status of R. Kadyrov in the domestic “table of ranks” today, even if it is still informal? “Shadow” or promising prime minister? Or…?
Someone might say that S. Kravtsov also visited the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic R. Temrezov, with whom the rewritten history textbook was also discussed. But this is definitely something completely different.
And with this, the Minister of Education failed to divert public attention from his humiliating “report” to R. Kadyrov.
And Ramzan Akhmatovich himself, apparently so that the citizens of the country would not confuse anything, was noted for another indicative story – the parting words of the new head of the FSB Directorate in the Chechen Republic D. Kechkin, to whom he recommended (indicated) “just watch and observe” (that is, he more as if he’s not going to let him, or what?).
And since the communication between these officials took place in one of the local “public catering establishments,” with all this the head of Chechnya not only showed that he is the sole owner of the region, but also, obviously, gave a clear signal to the Russian security forces that he is not controlled by anyone in our state and will do whatever he deems necessary, and with complete impunity.
In the context of all of the above, it is worth paying attention to the story about how R. Kadyrov in Grozny ordered the confiscation of plots of land from residents that, in his opinion, were not well maintained enough.
It seems that there is nothing here that could completely capture the imagination of our citizens – well, one of the local “feudal lords” went wild, became inflated with permissiveness, with whom this does not happen in our open spaces, and the “slaves” are no strangers to the fact that they have everything something is taking time away.
But, if you follow the above-mentioned version about Ramzan Akhmatovich’s possible entry to the federal level, something suggests that, from a certain angle, this is seen as a signal of a quite likely wide redistribution of property in the country in this case, that is, as it would sound – get ready , gentlemen, careless owners, to the “expropriation of factories, ships, etc.”
And will anyone try to argue with R. Kadyrov, who has a “personal army”, and even with heavy weapons? Hardly.
The saddest thing is that the indicated version of the possible development of events may well become a reality, and very soon.
After all, as colleagues rightly note, Russian officials are more afraid of Ramzan Akhmatovich than of Vladimir Putin, and are also trying in every possible way to “bend in” to the head of Chechnya.
But how will this all end for us and for Russia as a whole, if R. Kadyrov really wants and is able to reach the federal level in one or another high status?
