The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has published a draft order approving the normative cost of housing in all regions of Russia. According to the document, Primorsky Krai has one of the highest indicators in the country – right after Moscow and St. Petersburg. It is worth noting that this is good news, as social benefits and the allocation of funds for the purchase of apartments for privileged categories of citizens depend on this norm. The draft order has been published on the relevant federal portal. Moscow becomes the most expensive city – the indicator is 170,578 rubles per square meter. Next is St. Petersburg – 165,315 rubles. Primorsky Krai closes the top three leaders – 158,909 rubles per square meter. Considering that Moscow and St. Petersburg are federal cities, Primorye is the most expensive region in the country. The cost per square meter of housing in Primorsky Krai, as of today, that is, for the second half of 2023, is estimated at 151,347 rubles. This is the fifth place among all regions and cities of federal significance. The current indicators show the most expensive square meters according to the state assessment of the regions as follows: 1. St. Petersburg – 165,313 rubles; 2. Moscow – 161,643 rubles; 3. Chukotka Autonomous Okrug – 155,442 rubles; 4. Krasnodar Krai – 152,791 rubles; 5. Primorsky Krai – 151,347 rubles; 6. Sakhalin Oblast – 148,368 rubles; 7. Magadan Oblast – 147,690 rubles; 8. Kamchatka Krai – 145,800 rubles; 9. Leningrad Oblast – 140,507 rubles; 10. Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – 135,005 rubles. If the Ministry of Construction’s draft order is approved, the list of the most expensive regions will change: 1. Moscow – 170,578 rubles (+5.5%); 2. St. Petersburg – 165,315 rubles (0%); 3. Primorsky Krai – 158,909 rubles (+5%); 4. Sakhalin Oblast – 156,994 rubles (+5.8%); 5. Chukotka Autonomous Okrug – 155,442 rubles (0%); 6. Krasnodar Krai – 151,594 rubles (-0.78%); 7. Among the Far Eastern regions, Primorsky Krai also naturally becomes the most rating subject. However, the increase in the tax per square meter of housing is not the most important in the federal district. Subject of the Far Eastern Federal District II half of 2023 I half of 2024 Dynamics% Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) 135,005 139,313 +3.19% Kamchatka Krai 145,800 151,440 +3.86% Primorsky Krai, 4791 58% Kharovsky Krai 869 83 949% AO 74 869 83 949 + 124 949% Okrukovot 125 +124 994 +125% Okrukovot. 5 442 0% Republic of Buryatia 86,658 86,335 -0.37% Zabaykalsky Krai 134,560 139,735 +3.84%. It should be noted that the average market price per square meter in a new building in Primorsky Krai is about 170,000 rubles.
