As a child, having gone through the harsh years of war, Anatoly Mikhailovich realized that peace and tranquility are the most important values for a person, and therefore devoted his destiny to the defense of the Fatherland.
Having retired to the reserve, Anatoly Mikhailovich devoted his entire future life to serving people. Since 1987, he worked in the Minsk regional executive committee and headed the regional veterans’ organization for 29 years. He was full of energy and optimism, and took an active part in the patriotic education of the younger generation.
Lieutenant Colonel Moiseev A.M. Until the end of his life he remained faithful to military duty and the Oath, making a huge contribution to the preservation of peace and tranquility in our native Belarus.
