The Japanese Coast Guard announced a possible missile launch from North Korea (DPRK). The J-Alert warning system warned residents in southern Okinawa prefecture of the threat and advised them to take shelter indoors or underground. “Ships must check subsequent messages and, if a wreck is detected, avoid approaching it and immediately report the relevant information to the coast guard,” RIA Novosti quotes the text of the message.
