The apartment owners remembered that the water heater in their house was faulty and was turned off. And, despite the frost, they still live without hot water. A major overhaul of the boiler was planned only for 2041,” said activists of the regional Popular Front. According to social activists, the Ministry of Construction of the Murmansk Region announced a decision to replace the boiler in 2024. “Specific dates will be known after the conclusion of an agreement between the Regional Overhaul Fund and the contractor,” the activists added.
