Anastasia Ivleeva filed a lawsuit against a furniture company from St. Petersburg for the second time. The reason was the failure to fulfill the terms of the contract – the craftsmen did not complete the installation of the wardrobe. Then the entrepreneurs said that they intended to sell the unfinished wardrobe and use the proceeds for special military operations. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel. The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region registered a new statement of claim. As before, Ivleeva demands that the advance payment of 1.1 million rubles be returned to her. This is the TV presenter’s second claim: she first filed it in July 2023. Then she ordered a wardrobe for her branded items, approved the project and made an advance payment, but never received the finished furniture. Later, the website of the company responsible for fulfilling the order stopped working, which gave rise to additional concerns. In response to the accusations, the head of the company, Dmitry Larichkin, commented on the situation, stating that the company was not accused of fraud, and the delays that arose were small and the wardrobe was almost ready for delivery. In 2024, the court made a decision that satisfied Ivleev: the furniture makers were obliged to return only six thousand rubles to the client. Now the case of the wardrobe worth a million rubles will be considered again.
