“Library Night” will be held in Russia for the 13th time. In the Year of the Family, it will be held under the motto “Read with the whole family.” The National Library of the Republic of Buryatia will join in the work and prepare a lot of interesting things for the residents of Ulan-Ude. The host of “Library Night” in Ulan-Ude on April 20 (6+) will be Marina Kadetova, editor-in-chief of the KompasGid publishing house (Moscow). The publishing house produces children’s literature and books for young people. We are talking about the works of Russian and foreign authors who attracted the attention of the editors – with their values, ideas, position, concept and artistic performance. Events will be organized on all floors of the library for guests of the event, where everyone can find something to their liking. For curious children and adults – quizzes and searches with beautiful prizes, for cheerful groups – a theater competition and a lot of music, for book lovers – a tour of closed book collections and a master class on creating a miniature book.
