In Voronezh, a 23-year-old girl became a defendant in a criminal trial for distributing pornography on the Internet. The audit established that since October 2023, she has publicly demonstrated her intimate life in detail in a private Telegram channel, including online. The recordings contained still images and videos depicting naked genitals, as well as scenes of sex in various forms, the police said, and a criminal case was opened under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production and public display of pornographic materials using the Internet). The article provides for a punishment of two to six years in prison. It was previously known that police, with strong support from the Russian National Guard, conducted a search in a porn studio in the Leninsky district of Voronezh.
