The Technopark will house workspaces for creative industry specialists and pilot productions. In Perm, at a meeting of the working group on the creation of a modern interuniversity multifunctional student campus within the framework of the national project “Science and Universities,” the functional content and technological equipment of the Technopark campus was discussed. The meeting was chaired by the Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin. The developer of the concept and technical structure of the facility, Vladimir Balandin, spoke about the parameters of the technology park and its content. According to him, the technology park building will have a variable number of floors, with an area of ​​about 18.6 thousand square meters. It will be connected by passages to the Educational and Laboratory Building. The project involves the creation of 40 offices ranging from 20 to 200 sq.m., 20 micro-offices and a common space for collaboration, and many common areas. This will allow residents of the Technopark to accommodate about 1,500 workplaces for specialists in the field of high technologies and receive more than 500 visitors per day. In addition to office and exhibition areas, the Technopark will house work areas for specialists in the creative industry and pilot production areas. for the development, production and testing of high-tech products of a full cycle.
