Decisions by Western countries on military assistance to Ukraine are delayed by about a year, said Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. In an interview with Reuters, he noted that in the West they spend a lot of time making such decisions. Zelensky called the situation with the supply of weapons to Kyiv, including air defense systems, “a step forward, but before that two steps back.”
