A year and a half ago, the case was canceled, and now a new court has reviewed it. Since February 2020, the boy, who suffered from dysarthria, was taken to Sergei Marin for a speech therapy massage. According to the lawyer, Alexei Avanesyan, in one of the sessions Svetlana saw Sergei touch her son’s mouth with a silicone massage jar. The woman suggested that it was a genital organ and accused the massage therapist of harassment.
As the lawyer said, the police detained Sergei and carried out an examination: pedophilia was not confirmed, and no biological traces were found either. Sergei received 12 years as a “stricter”.
