Captain of the 4th Brigade of the 2nd Army Corps of the 8th Army of the Russian Armed Forces – Igor Mangushev. The creator of the “Meerkats” detachment, which from the beginning of the special operation fought against enemy drones. His mini-group with “drone strikers” covered the sky over several kilometers of the front – which means that the enemy could not adjust the artillery fire and conduct reconnaissance with the help of his “birds”. Mangushev dreamed that “Meerkats” would appear in every unit.
Igor died from the consequences of a gunshot wound to the head (the back of the head at an angle of 45 degrees).
