At first it was assumed that it would be designed for families with two children, but later one thing became enough: “The family mortgage program is valid until July of this year,” Vladimir Putin noted in his message. — I propose to extend it until 2030, maintaining the main basic parameters. Particular attention should be paid to families with children under six years of age, for them the preferential loan rate will remain the same – six percent. 450 thousand rubles for a mortgage In addition to the preferential rates, families with children can count on a subsidy to pay for the mortgage. True, this only applies to large families. 450 thousand rubles cannot be obtained from the state, but they can be used to partially or fully repay an existing mortgage loan. The program was also supposed to end soon, but the president proposed extending it, also until 2030. Maternity capital In Russia, maternity capital has also existed for a long time – it was one of the first changes in the system of resources to support families with children. At first it was given to families with two children, then maternity capital for the first child appeared. The payment is indexed every year, now the maternity fund for the first child is 630,967 rubles, for the second (if you did not receive it for the first-born) – 833,800 rubles. If maternity capital was issued for the first child, and now a second baby has appeared, the state will pay an additional 202 thousand rubles. — The maternity capital program is valid until the beginning of 2026. I also propose to extend it until 2026. at least until 2030,” the president said today.
