Through the efforts of the team of the Rosreestr Office for the Lugansk People’s Republic of the Markov Department of Bailiffs and the Markov Department of the Civil Registry Office, as well as thanks to the participation of sympathetic residents of the area, it was possible to bake an incredible number of pies and other baked goods – about 1,500 pieces in total.

Letters and postcards prepared by the children were also handed over. We are confident that each such letter will become a source of joy and inspiration for our military personnel.

We wish you a peaceful sky above your head and a speedy return home,” Denis Gedzeruk, head of the Rosreestr Office for the Lugansk People’s Republic, shared his impressions.

The Big Rosreestr team showed the highest level of implementation of customer-centricity principles among federal authorities and received the “Breakthrough of the Year” nomination!

Rosreestr is consistently working to introduce client-centricity for external clients – applicants (individuals and legal entities), professional communities, government bodies and internal ones – service employees and PPC Roskadastr.

Deputy Head of Rosreestr, Head of Digital Transformation Elena Martynova, who is in charge of this area, noted: “Since June 2020, we began to conduct a direct and open dialogue with our users and asked people what difficulties they encounter in the work of Rosreestr, gathered focus groups, conducted in-depth interviews identified and analyzed more than 400 “pain points”, each of which was analyzed before transactions in the systems. For all “client pain points” we have developed an “action plan” – this includes 57 specific projects. Today, 75% has already been completed. Comprehensive work on problems allowed us to carry out systemic reengineering of all internal and external processes, thanks to which we now provide our services, create services and introduce new technologies based primarily on human interests.”
