For International Women’s Day, Moscow City Heritage has prepared a new quiz dedicated to outstanding residents of the capital and mythological female images represented in the city’s architecture. This was reported on Friday, March 8, by the press service of the city department of cultural heritage. You can take the quiz on the portal and in the application of the “Discover Moscow” project. According to the head of the Moscow City Heritage Alexei Emelyanov, “the fair sex has always served as an inspiration for many artists,” so it should not be surprising that every third cultural heritage contains female images in the design. With the help of the quiz, participants will be able to test their knowledge of who became the prototype for many famous Moscow sculptures, as well as unravel the secret design of many architectural compositions of the capital, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
