A resident of the Zolotukhinsky district who killed a dog with a gun before the governor’s arrival was fined. “On the morning of March 27, 45-year-old Domarev A.B., being in the village of Zhernovets, near the building of the House of Culture, fired one shot from a hunting rifle at a stray dog, without having any legal grounds for using the weapon. The man pleaded guilty to committing an administrative offense,” the United Press Service of the Judicial System reported.
