The project is aimed at filling specific vacancies in various departments: educational psychologist, economist, managers of narrow industries and others. This was reported by the public of the Murmansk region on VKontakte. “The Heading North project has shown its timeliness and significance. The number of its participants is growing, both from job seekers and employers. This year alone we received more than 3.5 thousand calls to the hotline. Our specialists accompany project participants from the first application to employment, helping to solve the housing problem, find work for family members and place children in kindergartens and schools,” said Elena Polyato, head of the HR support service. Let us note that the “Course to the North” program has started. On May 1 last year, at the initiative of Governor Andrei Chibis, it also received recognition at the federal level.
