On September 10, the deadline for applications for the first competition of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives in 2025 will be over. A series of training seminars and consultations will be held for authors of creative ideas who want to receive a grant for their projects. in the Resource Center for Public Initiatives of the Samara Region. More than 300 representatives of NPOs, local public organizations and municipal budgetary institutions of culture and education joined the work online and offline. The Samara Region consistently ranks third in Russia in terms of the number of winners of the Presidential Grants Fund competitions, second only to Moscow and the cultural capital of St. Petersburg. Our region also strives for unconditional leadership in the creative industries, occupying a worthy place in the top five in terms of the number of participants and applications in the Presidential Competition of Cultural Initiatives. At the same time, not only socially oriented non-profit organizations can take part in the competition, but also city budgetary institutions, individual entrepreneurs and even commercial organizations interested in the development of Russian culture. We have many creators, interesting projects, there is room for growth – there is great potential, we just need to properly formalize these ideas, – says Irina Kochuyeva, head of the Resource Center for Public Initiatives of the Samara Region. And although her projects have not yet become winners of the Presidential Competition of Cultural Initiatives, she, like many participants in a series of training seminars, is confident that victory is just around the corner. Yulia Bakhar, a teacher of additional education at the Impulse Children’s Creativity Center, helps teenagers respond correctly to life’s problems and conflicts. She is ready to submit her psychological and pedagogical project for a grant, which will help high school students. Sergey Biryukov came to study from the Kinelsky District of the Samara Region. The participant represents the Gvardia military-patriotic museum in the village of Preobrazhenka. His initiative concerns the patriotic education of schoolchildren through military sports games. Moreover, the museum site also requires training for cadets of the basic military training center and participants in the military training center. The first lesson brought together representatives of various fields of activity: culture, education, sports, art and creative industries. But they are united by one thing – they are ready to change the world for the better and are full of ideas, and how to correctly fill out an application, present your idea, calculate a budget for it and convince the commission of the importance of the enterprise – potential recipients of state support will be trained at seminars of the Resource Center for Public Initiatives of the Samara Region. “There is one quota for participation in grant competitions – the activity of organizations, the activity of residents, the ability to prepare projects, “wrap” them in an application, submit and go to victory,” noted the head of the Foundation Irina Kochueva.
