At the same time, the costs “within the tariff” increased much more significantly – from 54% for fuel to 170% for the services of companies involved in waste processing and disposal. At the same time, the growth of other tariffs in the housing and communal services sector over this period is in the range of 33-77%. “I would like to emphasize what the regional operator’s tariff consists of. The largest part is waste removal – 73%, 12% is solid waste processing, directly 1% is the costs of the regional operator,” – All these funds are paid in full: to residential buildings (warehouses), sorting stations, licensed transport companies. This includes the salaries of about five thousand industrial workers who load/unload, sort and dispose of waste. . There are also operating costs, landfills, etc. He also said that the collection rate of registrar services is 91-92%. At the same time, EcoStroyResurs has accounts receivable of 3.5 billion rubles, of which 1.8 billion are due to individuals. “In the solid waste industry, in terms of costs that are paid at the current tariff, the growth of operator tariffs has increased many times, the cost of fuel and spare parts has increased. Five new sorting complexes also appeared, which led to an increase in the transportation range and the number of loading and unloading operations. At the same time, the rate was increased only once in six years by 4% next year,” Zakharov warned.
