It is proposed to set the amount of investment tax deduction on the profits of organizations at no more than 50% of the value of the property transferred to the SPO organization. In this case, the corporate income tax when calculating the amount of tax deduction will be 10%. According to the chairman of the regional parliament Valery Sukhikh, the new tax measure will be an important support not only for business, but also for technology. schools and colleges. “Companies in the region, being large employers, are interested in training professional personnel. The region not only has targeted training programs, but also industrial enterprises provide equipment and their production facilities for students to undergo internships. The introduction of a new benefit should improve the material base of educational institutions, because the level of professional training of personnel directly depends on this,” the teacher noted. The tax benefit cannot be applied to property acquired by the taxpayer as a result of the reorganization of interdependent and related persons or used ones, as well as cars. If the bill is adopted in the second reading, the benefit is planned to be presented on January 1, 2025. Earlier, Governor Dmitry Makhonin announced the need to introduce such a tax benefit as part of his annual message.
