“The Seversky District Prosecutor’s Office monitored the progress and results of the investigation of a criminal case initiated on the fact of hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy,” the press service wrote that the group of attackers had agreed in advance to start a fight near the community center in the village of Afipsky on the evening of September 7. As noted by the department, they grossly violated public order and expressed obvious disrespect for society. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the incident under the article “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.” The violators face punishment of up to seven years in prison. It was previously reported that the conflict in the Seversky District occurred because of a girl. According to the website kp.ru, two guys were unable to separate the lady, and their comrades came to their aid. As a result, a large-scale battle broke out.
