It is proposed to amend the law “On laws on civil status”. This concerns data on state registration of births, deaths, marriages and divorces, name changes or establishment of paternity, as well as changes in records of such facts. Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Health, Rosstat, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Social Fund, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, election commissions and referendum commissions have access to such information.
The Federal Tax Service may require the FSB to provide data from a single state registrar
