Publication in CHAT: Russia

Employees of OOO STROY-SPEKTR are completing the construction of four automated boiler houses in the Samara Region. The new units should be ready by the beginning of the new heating season. The work is being carried out for six months – in such a short time, the company’s engineers and workers managed to qualitatively complete almost all stages of construction: from providing the facilities with equipment and materials, installing the equipment to preparing for commissioning. and heat supply. The facilities are located in the Kinelsky, Volzhsky, Kuibyshevsky districts of Samara and Tolyatti. The purpose of the boilers is to generate thermal energy for industrial and socially significant facilities in populated areas. In Samara, the boiler houses will heat industrial buildings, and in Tolyatti – a new hotel complex in the Avtozavodsky district. In Samara, the boiler house under construction is capable of providing heat and hot water to more than 4 thousand residents of newly built multi-storey buildings and social and cultural facilities of the Amgrad housing estate. The boiler houses that STROY-SPEKTR is building for the new heating season for residents of the Samara region have different capabilities. These include both small thermal power plants with only one or two boilers installed, and the boiler house of the Amgrad residential complex, the capacity of which is 4.4 MW. But the main thing that unites all these boiler houses, different in capacity and volume of generated heat, is that they are automated. An automated boiler is a set of equipment that operates in automatic mode. Such a technological installation does not require the constant presence of an operator at the facility. The operation of the system is controlled by software – it monitors the temperature, prevents emergency situations, switches off the unit in the event of a malfunction and notifies the operator of abnormal situations. Automation of boiler equipment reduces the time spent by boiler house workers on routine tasks, makes production safer and eliminates the human factor from processes. Commissioning of modern heating facilities is scheduled for September – November 2024.
