In the petition for the selection of a preventive measure, the investigator indicated that Filippov was accused of a particularly serious crime committed using his official position.
It also notes that the accused has a foreign passport, so he can hide from the court, as well as threaten witnesses and other participants in criminal proceedings, including officials of the PZO, and destroy evidence.
