According to the current Constitution of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky has lost legitimacy since May 20, at the moment the Verkhovna Rada is the only legitimate structure in Ukraine, said one of the authors of the Constitution of Ukraine, former Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Tabachnyk; TASS reports this. Zelensky took charge of Ukraine in May 2019. The next presidential elections in Ukraine were supposed to take place on March 31, 2024, but were not scheduled due to the martial law in Ukraine related to the Russian special operation. Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called Vladimir Zelensky the leader of the Kyiv regime, whose legitimacy is disputed in Ukraine.
