rewrite this title “comfort plus” at a price of 133 thousand rubles. per sq.m. m – Vladivostok news on VL.ru in Russian Posting in CHAT: RussiaThe residential complex “Tikhvinsky” is being built on Novozhilova Street, a 10-minute drive from the sea, the island of Russky, and the bypass road. The two monolithic 30-story buildings will accommodate apartments ranging in size from 40.5 to 82 square meters, with prices starting at 133,000 rubles per square meter. It is convenient for families with children, youth, and students. According to the developer, work is planned in advance, and future residents will be able to receive their keys by the fourth quarter of 2025. The requirements of buyers for quality standards in residential modern complexes are increasing every year. This is why developers carefully plan their projects down to the smallest detail: from infrastructure and landscaping of the adjacent territory to the materials used in the finishing and furnishing of apartments and common areas. Residential complexes are becoming more comfortable, safer for living, and exceed the expectations of future residents. One such “Tikhvinsky” is a “comfort plus” class residential building built in the forested Pervomaysky district on Novozhilova Street, which according to the developer, will satisfy all the needs of the most demanding buyers. “Tikhvinsky” is a project financed by the leading Russian bank – Sberbank. The developer works with escrow accounts, which means that buyers' money will be securely held until the complex is completed. The construction of the residential complex is planned in advance, and by the fourth quarter of 2025, residents can expect keys to ready apartments. The building is ideal for those planning to move with children. The landscaped area of the stylobate and the monolithic foundation of the residential complex will accommodate a children's sports center, where little ones can slide down slides, build sandcastles, and play in the yard. A functional sports area is provided for the older generation. You don't have to worry about safety: volumetric illumination of the adjacent territory and video surveillance systems with smart intercoms guarantee the comfort and tranquility of future residents. For the comprehensive development of the territory, the developer plans to build a large modern multifunctional sports complex with a football or basketball field in the summer and a hockey rink in the winter. It will be possible to hold competitions with friends, go ice skating, and play active games with a ball. Proximity to social infrastructure is an important condition for families. When you have to take two buses to get to school and the kindergarten is overcrowded and not accepting new children, comfortable living becomes impossible. “Tikhvinsky” is located in the Novozhilova street area, where within a few minutes walk you can reach schools No. 25, 33, and 65, and the “Teremok” kindergarten operates for preschoolers. In addition, there are energy college, perinatal center, multifunctional center, Orthodox church, polyclinic No. 6, and a hospital for war veterans with its own park nearby. The residential complex is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by greenery, and a 10-minute drive from the sea. Every day you can walk in the woods or breathe in the fresh sea air on the Leopard promenade. The landscaped area will have everything you need for relaxation. After the construction is completed, a fitness center will open, where you can work out at any time. Hold a business meeting, chat with friends, or just have a snack at the café. And if you have an important event planned or want to dedicate this day to yourself, there is a beauty salon at your service. There are also children's clubs where children can develop fully, and parents can relax and focus on their own activities. For those who want to go to the cinema, the city center, or enjoy the sea views on the coast on the weekends, it is no problem. A 10-minute drive from the residential complex runs the Sedanka-Patrokl route, which will get you to Russian Island in 10 minutes, and to the city center in 20 minutes. Near the future residential complex are bus stops “Perinatal Center” with routes 31k and 79, “Veterans Hospital” with route 32, “Nikiforova” with routes 39, 39d, and 92. The convenience of the layout is a determining factor for comfortable family leisure. The residential complex is designed with 656 apartments, with 8-12 apartments per floor. All apartments are rectangular in shape, with an open layout, the possibility of combining, and centralized water supply and heating. The minimum area is 40.5 sq. m, maximum – 82 sq. m. The open layouts and convenient shape allow you to customize the space for yourself: you can create a comfortable children's room, bedroom, and living room. Or two children's rooms and a bedroom. Future residents are not limited by the developer's layout and will be able to implement the most bold design solutions after the construction is completed. For the comfort of residents in common areas designed according to design projects, storage rooms and spaces for wheelchairs will be provided. In Tikhvinsky, it will be comfortable to live not only for families with children. Thanks to well-thought-out infrastructure, proximity to the interchange, and the availability of one-bedroom apartments, the residential complex is perfect for young people who plan to move away from their parents or just get their own apartment in place of a rented one. Around the house, there is developed infrastructure, convenient for studying and leisure on Russian Island, going to a nearby beach, or comfortable rest with friends. The complex consists of two 30-story towers, and from the top, there are beautiful panoramic views: to the west and north – bright lights of the city and forests, to the south and east – sea views. You can wake up with the first rays of dawn or enjoy the sunset, glowing through the windows of the residential buildings. The architecture of the building is admirable for its thoughtfulness and care for the comfort of residents. The outer walls will be entirely monolithic, covered with several layers of non-combustible insulation and composite panels resistant to wind and moisture. This solution will help maintain warmth and coziness in the apartments. The building is built according to advanced energy-efficient approaches, which will help residents save on heating in cold weather. All exit points to the street are separated by thermal curtains to prevent cold air from entering the premises, and warm air from leaving. An individual heating point is available to control the temperature in the radiators. The distribution of central heating is located in the floor, so residents can turn off the heating in their apartment at any time and also adjust its temperature. The safety of Tikhvinsky residents is a top priority, so the building will meet all modern safety requirements. Active smoke extraction and fire extinguishing systems, backup batteries to maintain the main complex systems, and even in the event of an emergency, the elevators will remain active. The developer also adheres to the concept of a “car-free courtyard.” An insulated covered parking lot for 325 parking spaces will be built for motorists. From there, it will be easy to get to the floor without going outside, using one of the eight high-speed passenger and freight elevators. There is also free parking for guests of the residential complex on the adjacent territory. All the advantages of “Tikhvinsky” allow the developer to confidently say that the residential complex will be an excellent investment in the future. And for those who want to settle in it and for those who want to preserve their savings. The area is developing, and with each passing year, offers in residential complexes will become more valuable. You can get a mortgage for any apartment in the residential complex. There are preferred programs for families, teachers, medical workers, IT specialists, and those who are eligible for the Far Eastern mortgage. There is also a program for exchanging existing housing for a home in Tikhvinsky. If none of the options suit you, the developer offers interest-free payment with an individual payment schedule. The cost per square meter is 133,000 rubles. “Tikhvinsky” is a complex that meets all the needs of residents. rewrite this title Director of the Folk Culture Center Roman Nechaev was arrested in Vladivostok – Vladivostok News on VL.ru in Russian The Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case against the director of the Primorsky Krai Center for Folk Culture, Roman Nechaev. According to the investigation, in January 2017, he received a bribe of 500,000 rubles from a businessman in exchange for help in including contracts for the supply of specialized equipment totaling 10 million rubles. He then received another 1.5 million to help him negotiate with the philharmonic director – his wife Anna Aleko, who has been in prison for several months on her own case. Nechaev's pretrial restriction has not been chosen yet. According to VL.ru News, we are talking about the same company, LLC “Integra”, which, as the KSP check in 2021 showed, supplied the philharmonic with specialized equipment under two contracts totaling 34.8 million rubles, that is, 90.9% of the total cost of instruments and equipment purchased in 2018. Anna Aleko was the president of the procurement committee and the director of the philharmonic at that time. In 2021, she was elected a deputy to the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Krai from the United Russia party; after the case was initiated, her party membership was suspended. As for Nechaev, the case was initiated under Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (bribery), Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery). Currently, the suspect has been detained and the issue of choosing a pretrial restriction for him is being resolved. The actions of the bribe-giver will also receive a legal assessment. It is worth noting that in September 2018, “Integra” concluded a contract for the supply of musical equipment for the Primorsky Krai Philharmonic for 5 million rubles, which it did not intend to fulfill. And in 2020, for winning an auction for the supply of stage equipment for 135 million rubles for the Directorate of Public Spaces of Vladivostok, the company, according to the prosecutor, paid a bribe of 4.5 million rubles to the former board of directors. This case is currently being considered in the Lenin District Court. The Fashion Industry Forum ended in Vladivostok (PHOTO) – Vladivostok News on VL.ru The fashion industry forum took place in Vladivostok the day before, on November 23, at the Vladivostok Grand Hotel & SPA. As part of the “Fashion Alliance of Creative Industries of Primorye” project, local designers presented concepts for the development of their own brands, participated in competitions, and of course, presented their collections to the public. The participants competed for the main prize- two million rubles for clothing production and the opportunity to market it in a large federal retail network. The competition for promoting the “MAKI” project lasted one month. During this time, designers underwent training, presented ideas for scaling their brands, and received feedback from invited experts such as Alexander Peremyatov, founder of the federal network of Russian designer warehouses SLAVA Concept, Natalya Karpova, head of the “Fashion Alliance of Creative Industries of Primorye”, Natalya Boyko, creative producer of the SLAVA concept, and Andrei Blokhin, Minister of Economic Development of Primorsky Krai, among others. The culmination of the project was the fashion industry forum at the five-star hotel in Vladivostok. At this event, a correspondent from VL.ru was present at the presentation and grand show of the best Primorsky brands. Only seven manufacturing companies participated in the forum's pitch session, which were selected from several dozen Primorsky brands. They had the opportunity to present their production scaling projects to potential investors in an open format- anyone could attend and listen. After each presentation, experts provided detailed comments, explaining what the brands needed to improve in their projects. However, often the speakers praised the presentations: one of the jury members noted that all the speeches were of a very high level- “there was nothing to find fault with”. The companies had the difficult task of formulating their goals, listing the necessary investments or measures of state support, and briefly describing their brand or production at the initial meeting. The entrepreneurs are often added to their project presentation a story of how they had to start clothing production- selling a car or even a flat. The beginning of their career was a difficult stage for many, but now these people are full of ambition and new ideas. “We plan to open our own cluster. Of course, the goal is not for two or three years, but for the next five years and beyond- but we are ready to invest in it. We want to have modern classrooms, our own production, photo zones, departments with designers, fashion designers, and fashion shows. We note that everything that MAKI is doing now happens in non-specialized places. There is simply nowhere to hold such events. So, we are like “booms”. But there should be a place that will combine modern production and creative spaces,” – Alexander Zavyalov, founder of the ANUTINA brand, shared his idea. There was also a specific request from the Lesozavodskiy Combine- to create branches and sewing workshops in the municipalities where local residents will work. For this, companies need the opportunity for long-term rent under preferential conditions. Minister of Economic Development of Primorsky Krai Andrei Blokhin promised to help with this. Due to the extensive presentations and expert comments, the long-awaited grand fashion show was postponed. Several hundred spectators came to see the best collections- the organizers did not expect so many guests and hastily set up additional chairs, but there were not enough, and many had to stand. Designers said they had prepared seriously for the show. A strict online selection process was conducted between the waterfront brands' applications. Those chosen to participate in the show had to prepare documents such as a line sheet (a document containing all the information about the collection) as well as a list and photos of models, a few days in advance. Many people collected collections specifically for this event. For Primorye, according to participants and organizers, this was a completely new level. A total of 14 coastal brands participated in the show. The show started with children in clothing from the original collection “Myths and Legends of Primorsky Krai”: blue dresses to the floor with Gzhel painting, with kokoshnik headbands on their heads, and the young models held signs with views and landscapes of the coast. Then, after the welcoming words of the host and jury members, the models representing the collection of the first participant, Vladivostok designer Lyudmila Goranskaya, came to the stage. Each designer presented 5-10 images in their collection. Everyone tried to surprise the audience- present their images in an original and interesting way, coming up with non-standard movements. The brand Evernit was presented at the show- children in white t-shirts, yellow panamas, and branded socks walked on the catwalk with chairs, putting on a small show for the audience. The brand Axefeel was also presented at the show: the models presented wetsuits, solid swimsuits, and sportswear. The models of the Feel brand by designer Tatyana Romanenko walked on the catwalk with pillows and in pajamas. All guests were delighted by the little models wearing clothes from the Nakhodka designer Ulyana Gromozova. The show closed with a collection from the brand JUNE by designer Lyubov Filippova. “This was my first show- of course, it was very exciting. I have children, it was really endlessly beautiful, and partly it was easier for me, because my children also participated in the show. There were eight models, it was difficult to find them, there were very few children's models- children from 5 to 10 years old participated in the show. I am very pleased with how everything went, it was an excellent, priceless experience, but Due to the fact that I am from Nakhodka, I had to constantly travel to Vladivostok or solve all issues related to the show remotely. To prepare for this event, I had only a week- I sewed everything specifically for this show in my little sewing shop,” – Ulyana Gromozova, designer of children's clothing “Khlopok” After the show, the jury had to decide which companies would receive the main prize, and they went to a lengthy meeting. Guests and designers were left waiting for the verdict, discussing the just-ended show. At this time, the Vladivostok indie rock band “he-he-he” performed for the spectators. “I am very glad that the state in our country is finally paying attention to the revival of the textile industry, fashion industry, and the creative industry in general. I also belong to this industry, including being an organizer of fashion shows. Then I realized that people had already begun to pay attention to this, with each year everything is developing, and this is only the beginning. Today the organization was at a very high level- it is clear that the financial support is very good. The collections are all very beautiful, you cannot say that one is better than the other - they are all different, they cannot be compared. This is the impulse of the designers' souls, and it is good that they showed it to people,” shared the guest of the show, Vladivostok poetess Anna Katsman. The winners of the show received certificates for two million rubles- for the production of clothing sold in the federal online network “Concept SLAVA”. A total of six winning brands were awarded certificates at the show: swimwear brand Axefeel, Dap86, Evernit, JUNE, Danishine, and Round. Concrete. According to the founder of the SLAVA concept Alexander Peremyatov, the main task for the brands now is to sign a contract with the warehouse. Because there may already be difficulties at this stage, and they need to be worked out. “For us, the most important thing is that we not only sell your brands throughout Russia and increase sales but also work productively with each brand. For us, the most important thing is how the brand is invested, and we have already said that we are ready to support brands in your regions. Today we have taken the best step in promoting Russian brands, Primorsky Krai brands. Soon we will start working with those brands that won, and, of course, will be in touch every day- there is still much work to be done,” – Natalya Boyko, creative producer of the federal network of Russian designer warehouses SLAVA concept, summed up the awards ceremony. It is worth noting that the forum was organized by the project “Fashion Alliance of Creative Industries of Primorye”, the Ministry of Economic Development of Primorsky Krai, and the “My Business” center. The event took place within the framework of the regional project “Creating conditions for a smooth start and comfortable trade.” Source link Message The Fashion Industry Forum ended in Vladivostok (PHOTO) – Vladivostok News on VL.ru appeared first on Russia today.
