By the end of 2024, the region should achieve the following key indicators. Firstly, the number of commissioned rooms in modular non-metropolitan housing should be 210 units. The project to build a concession school on the site of the former Maslennikov plant in the area of Lieutenant Schmidt and Novo-Sadovaya streets remains a priority.
