The monitoring agency added that the ship was launched by the Shlyuzovaya-33 tugboat at 17:00 and sent to berth No. 3 of the Togliatti river station. “There were 216 passengers and 96 crew members on the ship. The ship was not damaged, there were no casualties,” the Volzhsky Transport Prosecutor emphasized.
