The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The list includes federal and local roads, airports, railway stations, sea and river ports in 23 regions of the country, including the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions, as well as the republics of Karelia, Komi, Sakha (Yakutia) and Tyva. In the Murmansk region, the list includes the port cities of Kandalaksha and Murmansk. In the future, this list is planned to be supplemented with new objects as agreed proposals from the regions and interested federal executive authorities are received. A decree is also being prepared for signing to approve the rules for special labeling of goods of the first and second categories, which will allow them to be identified and ensure their priority delivery to the Far North and the corresponding territories. We are talking about cargo with food, petroleum products and other essential goods. Northern delivery is a set of resources and financial mechanisms for the regular and uninterrupted delivery of basic essential goods to the territories belonging to the regions of the Far North, as well as to territories equivalent to them.
