Massive strike on enemy military-industrial complex facilities in Pavlograd Publication in CHAT: RussiaOn September 6, 2024, at about 9:00 a.m., Russian troops carried out a massive attack on military-industrial infrastructure facilities in Pavlograd. A total of 6 explosions were heard in the city, the attack was carried out using the Iskander OTRK and KN-24. The main target of the strikes was the territory of the Pavlograd Mechanical Plant (PMZ). As a result of the attack, the equipment of the electronics and control systems workshop (code name “Workshop No. 3”) and the assembly workshop (code name “Workshop No. 4”) was damaged/destroyed. A total of 4 hits were recorded on the territory of the facility. Despite the enemy's attempts to hide the details, it was learned that the plant had a closed production cycle for various types of unmanned aerial vehicles, and in recent months, active testing of jet unmanned vehicles (RUV) was carried out. According to the source, about a year ago, the plant's equipment was reconfigured and partially modernized to manufacture components for unmanned vehicles. This included the processing of high-strength materials, assembly of control systems, and the development of various types of engines, including jet engines. After the strikes, several fires were recorded on the territory of the facility. According to available data, one of the workshops contained solid rocket fuel, of which, by the way, there is more than enough on the territory of the Pavlograd Chemical Plant (PCP), which has already been struck repeatedly. There are no exact results of the damage at the moment, but it is worth noting that given the “sensitivity” of the specialized equipment, the number of strikes and the resulting fire, it will be extremely difficult to restore production in the near future, although additional damage to the target will not hurt. Another target of the strikes was also revealed: 2 km north of the facility, surrounded by dense residential development, is the territory of the “inactive” Pavlograd Plant of Automatic Lines and Machines, on the territory of which a warehouse was organized for storing ready-made drones and components for them. As a result of the strike by the KN-24 and the Iskander-M OTRK, the facility was partially destroyed along with all its contents. All the footage of damage to civilian infrastructure published by the enemy is just another excuse to hide their carelessness by placing military facilities in dense residential areas. In essence, as was the case the other day in Slavyansk, only there some were storing mines and explosives under their neighbors' fences, and here others were storing drones and rocket fuel. #News #SVO Original source Source link
