In the Nadezhdinsky district, with the onset of cold weather, power outages began again Nadezhdinsky district continues to suffer from power outages. Energy companies are working on modernizing the infrastructure, but the number of consumers seems to be increasing. Currently, low voltage persists in the Sunny cottage village at Solovy-Klyuch. In 2024, a new transformer substation should be built there, and in the meantime, DRSK specialists will redistribute the loads on the supplying consumers. In the “Sunny” cottage village in Solovy-Klyuch, low voltage has been a problem for several weeks now, and residents' heating boilers are not working. According to a resident of the village, Stanislav, this situation has been going on for several years, especially during ice rain. Last year, a transformer substance in the village burned down and was replaced. While it was hot, the voltage remained more or less at the proper level, but with the onset of cold weather, it normalized, if not worsened. People have filed many complaints to the power companies, as well as to the prosecutor's office and the administration of the Nadezhdinsky district regarding the difference in the amounts of supplied energy, but with almost no results. The last response that the Sunny village resident received from DEK, was that another substance will be installed in 2024, without specifying the timing. “This is a problem for half of the village,” says Stanislav. “Our networks are on the balance of DRSK, we have a direct contract with DEK, and all the plots are residential. The last three weeks we had very low voltage. On Sunday night, we were only able to light the boiler for two hours – the voltage did not allow it to drop below 170 volts. The only reason the house is warm is because I set an alarm every two hours and add logs to the fireplace. The situation has been going on for two years.” The editorial staff of DRSC News VL.ru reported that today a team from Primorsky UES was sent to the Sunny cottage village to redistribute the load in the electrical network. Electricians also plan to install a new transformer substation with a capacity of 250 kVA in the coming days. This is expected to normalize the voltage in the homes of the village residents. Since 2021, powerful engineers of Primorsky Power Grids have been taking measures to increase the reliability of electricity supply to the Nadezhdinsky district. In 2022, two new substations 35/6 kV – “Virage” and “Dachnaya” – were built in the municipality. The new electrical installations relieved the load on the existing substation and improved the quality of power supply to the village of Solovy-Klyuch and adjacent areas. Last year, the reconstruction of power lines from the “Schmidtovka”, “Nadezhdinskaya”, “Soloviy-Klyuch” and “De-Fris” substations was completed. The work is being done as part of the modernization and reconstruction program of the Primorsky Power Grid Complex, which is calculated until 2025. Energy workers also note that with the onset of frost in the Nadezhdinsky district, in some places the results of measurements reveal a significant excess of power. This is due to the fact that some consumers unilaterally increase the amount of consumed power, leading to a drop in voltage in the network. People install energy-intensive electric heating in their homes, which consumes significantly more than the advertised 15 kW. It is worth noting that active construction in the Nadezhdinsky district is only gaining momentum. With each passing year, dacha communities are transforming more and more into cottage villages. Obviously, the modernization of the networks simply cannot keep up with the growth in consumption.
