feed them this product from the kitchen – Russia today Posting in CHAT: Russia It is very useful for cucumbers to feed leftover bread. These may be dried pieces that are usually thrown away. Pxhere Black bread in this case will be most effective. Fill the bucket 2/3 full with bread, add water and leave to steep in a warm place for seven days. Then dilute the resulting infusion three times and pour it over the plants. This fertilizer is ideal for tomatoes. You can start feeding from the moment of flowering, repeating the procedure once a week. Cucumbers, like other plants, need nutrients to grow and develop. Nutrition helps provide them with these essential elements. If the soil is poor in nutrients, plants may be deficient in certain elements, resulting in slower growth, lower yields, and poorer fruit quality. Feeding cucumbers is important for several reasons: 1. Improves plant growth: Nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium help plants grow faster and stronger. Nitrogen promotes the development of leaves and stems, phosphorus improves the root system and flowering, and potassium strengthens the plant and increases disease resistance. 2. Increase in yield: Proper nutrition of cucumbers can significantly increase the quantity and quality of the harvest. Plants that receive enough nutrients produce more fruits, which are healthier and tastier. 3. Increased resistance to diseases and pests. Certain nutrients, such as calcium and magnesium, help strengthen the plants' immune system, making them more resistant to disease and pests. 4. Improve the taste of fruits. Some nutrients, such as potassium and magnesium, affect the taste of fruits. Feeding cucumbers improves their taste, making them sweeter and spicier. It is important to remember that fertilization must be done correctly and on time. Too much or too little of certain nutrients can have negative effects on plants. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly fertilize cucumbers and check the condition of the plants to determine what nutrients they need. Source link Source link

schoolchildren set up production in the kitchen to buy musical instruments – March 23, 2024 – Russia today Posting in CHAT: Russia 13-year-old Andrei (right) and 10-year-old Oleg (left) are preparing to make candles Source: provided by Elena Naidanova In Novosibirsk, two brothers opened their own small business to earn money for musical instruments - electric ones. guitar and drum kit. Boys aged 10 and 13 make and sell handmade decorative candles without chemical additives in their free time. Our colleagues from NGS.RU talked with the Naidanov brothers and their mother and found out how they came up with the idea of starting their own business, about difficulties, income and family support. The Naidanov brothers' candle factory officially opened in mid-February. Two brothers from Novosibirsk, 13-year-old Andrei and 10-year-old Oleg, decided to try to earn money on their own for their hobbies: an electric guitar and a drum kit. My parents supported the idea of earning money on my own,” says mother Elena Naidanova. “Oleg said a long time ago that he wanted to play the guitar. I mastered classical music, and this year I became interested in playing the electric guitar. For a long time Andrey could not decide on a musical instrument, but now he has the opportunity to learn to play the drums - he goes to a music studio,” says Elena. The guys approach their work responsibly and with enthusiasm, so they began to dream of buying their own musical instruments. But instead of waiting for money from their parents or savings, they decided to earn money on their own. - The idea is common, and everyone has their own contribution to it. Oleg has long said that he wants to earn his own money. When we started taking music lessons, we wanted to have our own instruments. We looked at the prices and realized that we would have to save for a long time to buy our own drum kit and electric guitar,” explained 13-year-old Andrey. Together with his brother, he always helped his mother make gift candles for the New Year. Year. Every year the Naydanov family prepares such gifts not only for family and friends, but also for coaches and teachers. This set of candles will cost the buyer 800 rubles. Source: “Candle Factory of the Naydanov Brothers” / vk.com—My English teacher gasped and was so delighted that I didn’t believe it was a homemade candle. Our hairdresser immediately noticed that the candle had a natural scent, and she was very concerned about the level of “chemicals” in her home and workplace, since she has a slight allergy to various synthetic substances. We decided that we could make something high-quality and beautiful that people would like, so why not turn it into a business,” says Andrey. The name for the business was chosen from the history of entrepreneurship. Oleg says he enjoyed studying how people did business 100 or 200 years ago. He learned that candle making is serious business and often a family affair. This is how the name appeared - “Naidanov Brothers Candle Factory”. The production was located in the kitchen of the family residence. The guys make candles to order - there’s nowhere to store the finished ones anyway. They admit that everything does not look very aesthetically pleasing, the room is sometimes in boxes and in wax, but this is only the beginning. The process of making candles requires concentration and teamwork Source: provided by Elena Naidanova At first, in the family enterprise, Oleg was responsible for the design of candles, and Andrey chose the wax and I bought it and other consumables, working on the technology of manufacturing the final product. “But in the end, we do what we can: whoever has time will fill it or pack it. We are also planning delivery: whoever has plans in the city will deliver,” the guys say. The business has now been open for just over a month. Oleg says that they were supported in business by relatives and friends, plus sales increased due to March 8 - many bought gifts for the holiday, they had to order literally every free minute and even get up at night. Despite the difficulties, the children are happy with their work. “It’s especially interesting when they talk about how our sets were donated and how people admire them.” And one woman did not believe that such candles could be made with her own hands, but the children did it,” says Andrey. The revenue for the month of operation of the “Naidanov Brothers Candle Factory” is modest - about 10 thousand rubles. Half of this went to the purchase of materials and consumables. The other half is the same savings on instruments, Oleg and Andrey divided them in half: an electric guitar and a drum kit they cost almost the same. Making candles takes up to several hours. Source: provided by Elena Naidanova Oleg does “accounting” - he keeps a spreadsheet in Excel with all the records of profits and expenses. Andrey and Oleg, on the advice of their grandmother, opened a savings account to receive interest on income. The small business grew thanks to the support of their mother, Elena Naidanova, although she she considers her functions rather “useful.” - If they have some kind of initiative, then they need to support it, respect the interests and wishes of the children. Here I am. with both hands for such an initiative. It may, of course, be too early, so to speak, to earn money, but in modern consumer society it is very important for me that my children study and see the fruits of their labor,” Elena noted. My mother says about her sons that they are very different, despite the difference of only three years. Andrey is a creative and creative guy who is interested in robotics, physics and chemistry. His strengths are well-thought-out technological processes, and the guy also raps. 10-year-old Oleg has good artistic abilities, he practices fencing and goes to a math olympiad club. At the same time, Elena notices that her sons are completely ordinary. Moderately hooligan, moderately mischievous, sometimes lazy - that is, everything is like everyone else: they make a mess in the room, and sometimes they “sin” with unfulfilled tasks. Oleg and Andrey admit that they are glad that they were able to take a step. towards his dream, and is already making plans: thinking about how to create his own candle workshop. They say: successful people dream big. Previously, NGS.RU told the story of the family business of the Vilisov family, which the couple has been managing for more than ten years. Young people experimented with plants, creating long-lasting floral arrangements from succulents. Source link Source link
