Biryukov added that specialists completed all measures to supply electricity to the Govorovo transport hub in the TiNAO. The infrastructure facility combined the metro station of the same name and ground public stops. During the work, specialists laid a voltage cable. The lines installed a two-transformer substation for 0.4-10 kilovolts, which is equipped with relay protection devices and auto mechanics, as well as telemechanics, a communication and data transmission channel. Among other things, two transformers are installed. Biryukov explained that the Hub is equipped with a power source of the second reliability category, which in the event of a technological failure will allow electricity to be automatically supplied via a backup line, according to the official website of the Moscow mayor. This year, specialists will modernize the electrical system on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Zamoskvoretskaya lines of the capital’s metro. Here they will change the equipment at the traction step-down substations that convert and distribute electrical energy. As a result, the power systems on these lines will become more reliable and stable, after which more powerful trains can be launched. Source link Source link
