IAEA Chief Grossi Arrives at Zaporizhzhya NPP – Russia today Publication in CHAT: Russia A delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) headed by Rafael Grossi arrived at the Zaporizhzhya NPP, RIA Novosti reports. On Tuesday, Grossi met with Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko, Chairman of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate Oleg Korikov and Head of Energoatom Oleg Kotin. The IAEA Director General is expected to meet with Rosatom Head Alexey Likhachev in Kaliningrad this week. The Zaporizhzhya NPP is located on the left bank of the Dnieper near the city of Energodar.
