Employees of the Investigative Committee organized an excursion for children on the eve of Russia Day Posting in CHAT: Russia In Samara, employees of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Samara Region organized an excursion for young army soldiers from school No. 68 to the historical multimedia park “Russia - My History”. The event took place as part of the patriotic education of youth and on the eve of the celebration of Russia Day, which is celebrated on June 12. Photo: provided by the author According to the staff of the Investigative Commission, the children decided to provide interesting information about the formation of the state in the post-war years and the acquisition of sovereignty. In addition, the goal was to increase interest in Russian history. Young soldiers, together with police officers, visited a multimedia exhibition related to the history of the twentieth century: “1945-2016 - My History.” It is dedicated to the main events of the post-war period: the role of political leaders in shaping the development of the country in different periods of time, the first manned flight into space, the creation of the institution of the presidency, and others. . Most of the exhibition is devoted to the role of Samara and its residents in the development of the state. For example, here you can learn many interesting facts about rocket science and airplanes. The guide also does not shy away from the details of the rejection of Stalin’s personality cult, the construction of the famous “Khrushchev” buildings, famine and the fight against it. Moreover, thanks to the multimedia screens at the exhibition, anyone can “help” with landscaping the area—trees appear on the screen if you move your hands. To the credit of the young army men themselves, they teach history and can correctly answer the tour guide’s rather difficult questions. This is not the first time Samara investigators have organized excursions for local schoolchildren. In 2023, employees of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Samara Region, on the eve of the Training Day of the Forensic-Criminalistic Service, organized an excursion program for the children of department employees and students of the State Budget Educational Institution SOO. School No. 18 named after. V.A. Mamista Novokuibyshevsk to the museum of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Samara Region with material evidence of the forensic technology of the investigative department. The exhibitions of this museum reflect different periods of the existence of the police - from its inception to the present day. Last news Source link Source link

Syzran oil workers organized an excursion to the heritage of rare birds – Russia today Posting in CHAT: Russia The Syzran Oil Refinery (part of Rosneft Oil Company) organized a trip for schoolchildren to the Samarskaya Luka National Park. A grant program for the study and conservation of the white-tailed eagle is being implemented here. Its promoters are the company's subsidiaries operating in the region. Children and teachers from the ecological and biological department of the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity took part in the trip with the unusual name “Birsk Observation”. It is clear that the students were not able to see white-tailed eagles in their natural habitat. In addition, biologists themselves do not often manage to observe a rare bird in the wild. Ornithologists from Samarskaya Luka recently reported this after examining 182 square meters. km of territory, only 15 possible nesting sites for birds of prey have been identified. Four pairs of rare birds were discovered through video surveillance, suggesting population growth in the park. Nesting sites were taken under protection so as not to disturb the birds, and tourist flows were redirected to other places. But the children still managed to see white-tailed eagles live - the Fox House Museum was created in Samarskaya Luka, where there is an exhibition dedicated to rare representatives of the flora and fauna of the Middle Volga region. Wounded animals and birds are also treated here. The museum also houses a pair of eagles. This is how young ecologists learned that white-tailed eagles build a two-meter nest weighing tens of kilograms, and not every tree is suitable for this. Everyone could take a photo in the eagle's nest, which was reproduced in detail by the staff of the national park. Another photo zone shows the wingspan of different birds. The students were also interested in learning to recognize birds by their voices. Additional education teacher Irina Semenova said that at the Syzran Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, many children study in different areas: zoom, aquarium art, arrangement and plant design. Therefore, the trip became a real gift for them - it brought new knowledge, emotions, and expanded their horizons. 10-year-old Igor Akulov, for example, was surprised to learn that the span of his arms corresponded to the wingspan of an adult crow, and the boy also managed to sit in a real eagle’s nest. All the guys agreed that nature and animals should be protected and preserved. JSC SNPZ pays great attention to environmental education. Moreover, this work is not limited only to company employees. Many oil industry events are aimed at the younger generation. For 8 years now, the company, with the support of the Western Department of Education of the Samara Region, has been organizing an environmental competition for schoolchildren of the Right Bank “Fresh Look”. About 150 children take part in it every year. Thematic master classes are held for winners, runners-up and active participants of the competition. Traditionally, a promotional platform for the Syzran Oil Refinery “Caring for Nature” is organized for City Day. In 2023, about 300 children visited it. Every year, environmental volunteers from the plant come to kindergartens and schools for environmental lessons. Their topic is the most pressing issues of environmental protection, and the knowledge gained is consolidated in practice through joint planting of flowers on the territory of educational institutions. SNPZ employees always invite students and schoolchildren to their environmental events - cleanup days, release of juvenile fish, tree planting. The purpose of this work is to introduce young people to the corporate culture and show how the Rosneft company as a whole and its employees contribute to the conservation of nature.
