As reported by the regional Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the crime was committed in a car in which the suspect, during an argument, pulled out a pistol and shot his comrades, after which he fled. As a result, the 23-year-old victim died on the spot, and the 31-year-old died the next day in the hospital, the department said in a statement. Although the identity of the attacker was established, his whereabouts at that time could not be determined. The man was charged in absentia and put on the federal wanted list. Recently, the police received information that a wanted man lives in Kazan, and the preliminary investigation into the criminal case of the murder of two people was resumed.
