Currently, preparatory work continues, equipping the foundation for the cable car, dismantling facilities at the Salyut base, which was merged with the regional ski base at Obzorna Gorka. Completion of work is scheduled for 2025. According to the plan, the new complex will include tracks up to 12 km long with an artificial snowmaking system, tracks 2.5-3 km long, two high-speed cable cars, hotels, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
